The composite drainage net is made of high-density polyethylene and extruded ribs through a special machine head. The three ribs are arranged at a certain distance and angle to form a three-dimensional space structure with drainage channels. The middle rib provides greater rigidity and forms a rectangular drainage channel. The three-layer bars that make up the drainage pipe network have high longitudinal and transverse tensile strength and compressive strength. The drainage channel formed between the three layers of ribs is not easy to deform under high load, which can prevent the geotextile from being embedded in the core of the geotextile net, and the drainage is smooth. According to the application, the three-dimensional geotextile drainage net has high strength and high drainage type.

The composite drainage network can replace the traditional sand and gravel layer. The composite drainage network is often used in environmental protection projects such as landfills. The two sides are non-woven geotextiles and the middle is a three-dimensional geotextile core. It combines geotextile (filter) and geotextile (drainage and protection) to provide a complete "filter-drainage-protection" effect. The 3D geotextile core includes thick vertical ribs, and sloped ribs at the top and bottom. It quickly drains groundwater from the road surface and also has a pore maintenance system that blocks capillary water under high loads. Before laying the composite drainage pipe network, the foundation should be treated. The lower layer should be leveled and rolled. The flatness should not be greater than 15 mm, and the compaction should meet the design requirements. Hard protrusions such as gravel and stones are prohibited on the surface. Laying environment: the outdoor temperature is above 5 degrees Celsius, the wind force is below level 4, and there is no rain or snow (except for environmental or special requirements).

On the flat bearing layer, the composite drainage pipe network shall be laid according to the designed width. When paving, it should be straight, smooth and close to the bottom bearing layer, without distortion, folds and overlaps. The lap joints should be fixed with staples or connectors. When laying the composite drainage pipe network, the high main strength direction of the steel bar should be perpendicular to the axis of the embankment, and the lap length (longitudinal) of each piece should not be less than 15 cm, and should be fixed with U-shaped nails or spaced connectors, and then backfilled.

The maximum diameter of the rockfill embankment material within 8 cm from the composite drainage network layer shall not be greater than 6 cm. The composite drainage pipe network shall be paved with a light bulldozer or a front loader, and compacted along the axis of the embankment, and the compacted thickness shall be greater than 60 cm. After the composite drainage pipe network material is laid in place, it should be filled with fillers in time to prevent prolonged direct sunlight. Generally, the interval is less than 48 hours.
