Drainage network, also known as composite soil hole drainage network, is a new type of soil hole synthetic material made of Nansha molten mesh, with high hole density and high internal pressure, and has the functions of water collection and horizontal drainage.
The drainage network can not only drain water, but also discharge the biogas produced by fermentation from the soil (especially garbage waste), which is especially suitable for landfills.

After the three-dimensional composite drainage network is combined with the non-woven fabric soil, it collects the rainwater infiltrating the soil cover under the buried sealing layer or the sewage discharged from the yard itself. Using the unique drainage function, it can be drained from the soil and rock pad in an orderly manner according to the engineering needs. Discharge in the middle without forming congestion. Thus, sliding problems due to absorption saturation of the soil cover can be avoided.
In the transportation infrastructure such as railways and highways, the safety and service life of the project are closely related to the self-drainage system, and the earthwork composite material is an important part of the drainage system. The three-dimensional drainage network of the drainage network is a new type of earthwork composite material. The structure is a three-dimensional earthwork mesh core that is drilled with needles on both sides and pasted with non-woven earthwork fabric. The 3D earthwork mesh core consists of thick vertical ribs and sloping ribs at the top and bottom. Capable of quickly draining groundwater from the road, itself has a hole maintenance system that blocks capillary water at high loads. At the same time, it can play the role of isolating and strengthening the foundation. A new type of geosynthetic material
What are the characteristics of the drainage network?
1. The load is 720kPa, the permeability is 2500m/d when the gradient is 2%, and the flow rate is 13pm/m.
2. Creep test can withstand 1200kPa load for 10,000 hours, and maintain more than 60% of the thickness.
3. The carbon black content of the 3-rib drainage mesh core is above 2%, the density is 0.94g/cm3, the tensile strength is above 36.5kN/m, the melt index is 1.0 g/10min, and the thickness is 7.6mm.
4. The apparent pore size of the nonwoven geotextile is 0.18mm, the permeability is 0.26 sec-1, the permeability is 0.2cm/sec, the penetration strength is 580N, the trapezoidal tear strength is 356N, and the tensile strength is 900N. The grip expansion strength is 50%, and the bursting strength is 2750kPa
How does the drainage network connect the seams and laps?
1. Adjust the direction of the earthwork composite material so that the length direction of the material roll is perpendicular to the road.
2. The composite earthwork drainage network is in contact, and the earthwork at the core of the adjacent earthwork network overlaps along the material circle.
3. Connect the earthwork net cores of the adjacent earthwork material circles through white or yellow plastic buckles or polymer ropes to connect the material circles. Attach with string every 3 feet along the length of the roll of material.
4. The direction of overlapping geotextiles should be consistent with the direction of packing accumulation. Where earthwork material is laid between the foundation/base course and the base course, continuous wedge welding, flat welding or stitching shall be performed to secure the overlapping upper layer of earthwork fabric. When sewing, it is recommended to use flat or general seaming methods to meet the stitch length requirements.
